Contact & Support

How to reach support and prepare information for faster account assistance.

01

Contact support when you need help with account access, KYC review, a deposit reference, a withdrawal request, plan visibility or a technical issue. Before sending a message, collect the information that identifies the request without sharing sensitive credentials. Useful details include your registered name, account email or mobile number, transaction reference, approximate date and time, selected payment method and a short description of what you expected to happen. Never send your password, one-time password, private wallet key or full card credentials to support.

02

For deposit questions, include the transaction reference generated by the platform and the payment-provider reference if one was supplied. A deposit can remain pending while evidence or provider confirmation is reviewed. The displayed status is the authoritative workflow state inside the application. Avoid submitting repeated deposits only because a pending item has not yet been approved; duplicate requests make reconciliation harder. If a payment was completed outside the platform, retain the official receipt or transaction identifier so the administrator can compare it with the submitted request.

03

For withdrawal questions, first confirm that your KYC status and withdrawable income satisfy the configured rules. Promotional credits and principal balances may have different eligibility from settled income. Each payout method can also have its own minimum, maximum and fee configuration. If a withdrawal form rejects an amount, check the method card shown on the page because it displays the current configured limits in the active site currency. If the information appears inconsistent, report the exact method and amount so the administrator can review the source setting.

04

For plan-related support, include the plan name, amount and the currency shown when you attempted activation. Plan limits are configured with an associated source currency and then converted into the site display currency. This is important when administrators change the default currency because the numeric value should convert, not simply receive a new symbol. If you notice a plan limit that appears unchanged after a currency switch, support can verify the plan currency and conversion rates used by the current configuration.

05

Technical reports are most useful when they contain the page address, the action performed and a screenshot of the visible error. Do not repeatedly refresh or resubmit a financial form while an error is unresolved. A single clear report helps isolate whether the issue is validation, a missing migration, a stale cache or an external payment-provider response. Administrators can use the browser-based System Tools area to check migrations and refresh application caches without relying on a shell connection.

06

Use only the contact channels displayed by the application administrator. Social and messaging links can be configured from Settings and may change over time. Treat messages from unofficial accounts with caution, especially if they request credentials or promise exceptional returns. Support can explain the application workflow and account status, but users remain responsible for reviewing plan terms, risk disclosures and local legal or tax obligations before making financial decisions.
