By using an Aurevia deployment, users agree to provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and use the application only for lawful purposes. The platform provides tools for viewing plans, recording deposit requests, activating eligible investments, requesting withdrawals, managing verification and participating in administrator-configured promotional features. Availability of any function depends on the settings chosen by the operator and may differ from a demonstration or earlier version of the software.
Terms of Use
Operational terms for using the Aurevia Investment application.
Investment-plan information should be reviewed before activation. A plan can specify a minimum amount, maximum amount, associated source currency, duration, return percentage, payout frequency and maturity behavior. Displayed values may be converted into the current site currency using administrator-configured rates. Users are responsible for checking the amount shown at the time of activation. A plan description or historical interface example should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular return will occur.
Deposits are subject to verification. Creating a deposit request does not by itself confirm that funds have been received. The request can remain pending until payment evidence, provider callbacks or administrator review are complete. Users should provide accurate payment references and should not submit misleading proof. The platform operator may reject a request when the payment cannot be verified. Any external payment provider also applies its own terms, fees, availability and processing rules.
Withdrawals can be restricted by KYC status, payout-method limits, fees, daily limits and the type of balance available. Promotional investment credits are not automatically withdrawable. The application can separately track cash wallet funds, promotional balance and settled investment income so eligibility is visible. A submitted withdrawal remains pending until reviewed. Users are responsible for supplying correct payout details; incorrect account or wallet information can delay or prevent successful settlement.
Referral, VIP, invite-task and daily-task features are promotional program controls. Their visibility, targets, badge appearance and reward amounts can be changed by the administrator. A promotional credit is not the same as a cash payment and should be displayed according to its configured use restriction. The application does not require automatic multi-level cash commission on downline deposits or investment returns. Users should rely on the current rules shown by the deployed service rather than screenshots from another implementation.
The operator may update content, security controls, supported currencies, gateway availability and system functionality. Maintenance or technical failures can temporarily interrupt access. Users should retain their own records of important payment references and should report errors without repeatedly submitting the same financial action. These terms are a product-template starting point and do not replace jurisdiction-specific legal terms. The operator should adapt them with qualified professional advice before offering a regulated financial service to the public.
